Fort Dox allows you to select electronic files on a local or network PC and store them in the Fort Dox repository. This is a perfect way to manage Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, or even scanned images. In addition, if you currently use your copy machine (MFP) to scan to a network directory, you can simply browse to this folder, select the file(s), and upload them into Fort Dox. Once in Fort Dox, your files can be indexed, secured, shared, and backed-up. |
